Susanne Olsen has over 20 years experience in the design field. Her bachelor’s degree in media design is where she first began experimenting with her creativity and design talent. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree she began an entry level position at a kitchen design firm in Livingston, NJ. This experience uncovered her passion for interior design and architecture. After several years working with the most discerning clients, Susanne decided to obtain an MBA to assist her in starting her own business while continuing to hone her design skills.

Distinctive features that define Susanne’s work include quality materials, attention to detail, timeless aesthetics and modern design that create a sense of luxury and define a client’s lifestyle and personality. Susanne takes pride in overseeing the process of your renovation from start to completion and will engage a team of experienced craftsmen tailored to the requirements of your project. Over the course of her experience in the industry, Susanne has generated relationships with top notch craftsmen and industry leaders to source materials and products for each individualized design.

Madison is a graduate of The College of William and Mary. Her background in science brings valuable investigative and analytical skills to the Noah & Lilly team. As a member of the team, she works on technical details including closely reviewing appliances specifications and engineering cabinetry details for custom elements in Susanne’s designs. Madison is passionate about architecture and interior design with a special interest in Historic Architecture.
